We ship our products through our carrier, and we aim to ship orders within 8 days. The shipping costs for each order are 10€ up to 30KG.
Customers can return products within 8 days after receipt, provided that the products are unopened and undamaged. To return a product, contact our customer service at email@example.com to request a return form. Once we have received the return form and the product has been checked for the above conditions, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account.
We offer the following payment methods: Bancontact, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional charges may apply for certain payment methods. See our payment page for more information.
Warranty and replacement
All our products come with a factory warranty. If a product becomes defective within this period, we will replace the product free of charge. Contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to file a warranty claim.
